Sorry Everybody...

Greetings fellow bloggers and dedicated followers (and stalkers alike). I have to first apologize for my lack of posting for the last few days. My midterms have started (first was on a Saturday [yesterday], OMGWTFBBQ?!) and I've noticed I have very little time to make good posts. I know it's not a great excuse for not posting anything at all, but I hope you guys and gals can forgive my disappearance.

Now that that is out of the way, I'm going to give you guys a run-down on all my geeky music, and see if any of you will enjoy it as much as I do.

I've been following a few youtube channels, and a couple (literally in this case) that had caught my ears and impressed me with their musical talents and nerdy parody/original songs. So, for your pleasure, here are a couple songs by these two folks.

Lumos Flies is about the love between Ron and Hermione and is a parody over Fireflies.

Trainers in Love is actually one of my favourites by them. They sing about Ash and Misty from the Pokemon and, I have to say, I'm a HUGE Pokemon fan, so this is just amazing.

Staying with the Pokemon topic, Alex Day wrote a really amusing song about Pokemon and how they've changed a ton. Check it out, it's called Pokemon, What Happened To You?

Any Doctor Who fans out there? Well do I have a song for YOU! It's called An Awful Lot of Running and the songs by Chameleon Circuit.

So I'm sure a lot of you have already heard of this song, as the group The Guild even has a youtube series up. If you haven't already, check them out! The one song that got me into them was Do You Wanna Date My Avatar. Not into geeky music but love watching humourous geeky banter? Then just check out their actual series. They only have two songs that I know of.

I'm almost positive EVERYONE has watched this one before, but for those who haven't, it's worth the watch! Geek and Gamer Girls is a bunch of girls (and Seth Green) singing about a ton of different games and saying how they're here to kick some ass (and show some, as you can see in the video), as well as all other things nerdy. It's also a plus that all the girls are quite attractive.

So yes, I hope this is a worthy post for everyone, and I apologize in advance for not being able to post a lot in the future, but hopefully after midterms I'll be able to give you a full review of how the week went.

Also, if anybody has any other videos that they think I'll like, leave a comment with the link!

Seth Green is always fun to watch. It's the awkward humor that makes it work.
